Our law firm’s primary goal is to provide each client with the highest quality legal service and to obtain a fair and equitable resolution for each client. This goal will be accomplished through our diligent and dedicated work within the confines of the law and through a cooperative working

relationship with our clients. We resolve most legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or compromise. Legal matters that are not settled in this manner will be litigated either before a judge, commissioner or an arbitrator.

GENEVIEVE VAN ZYL

Genevieve van Zyl is the founder and partner of Genevieve van Zyl Attorneys. She obtained her Bcom(Law) and LLB degrees from Nelson Mandela University in 2011 and 2013 respectively (both with distinction). She completed her articles of clerkship at a renowned corporate and commercial law firm situated in the prestigious Melrose Arch district and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2016. Her passion and speciality lies in commercial law, more specifically, contractual drafting and intellectual property law.
